Above the range, fastened to the wall, is a copper plate, inscribed, given
as a souvenir to exhibitors at the 1986 London Dolls House Festival, Kensington,
London, where I exhibited from 1985 to 2000. It is, as you will appreciate,
not for sale.
The settle is featured in the Furniture
Plans, LDP3. The solid fuel cooking range came as a diecast kit from
Phoenix Model Developments, together with their coal scuttle.
This is a close up of the stoneware sink as fitted into the kitchen room box, with washing-up for eight people on the draining board. It shows a side view of the plates, so that you can see that they are scale thin-ness. The dinner plates are priced in the page for the dresser, and the soup bowl is the same price as the dinner plate. The ewer comes from the small white bedroom toilet set.
